Rays Group 2

Opening times:

Tuesday to Sunday, 9am – 4pm

The café is closed on Mondays for the autumn/ winter period.

Tel: 01202 028243

Address: Redhill Park, Redhill Avenue, Bournemouth, BH9 2SW

Our café is dog friendly: dogs on leads are welcome.

Access: There is step-free access into the café and accessible seating inside and out.

Parking: There is a free of charge car park to the side of the café, and lots of street parking nearby too.

Toilets: There are male/female toilets and a disabled toilet.

Our café is run almost entirely by volunteers, who will serve you a combination of yummy cakes and pastries, ice cream, home-made sandwiches and light lunches. We offer daily specials so please check our menu board or ask our wonderful volunteers for their suggestions. All the profits from the café help our charity continue enhancing parks across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole, so every time you enjoy a brew it will be helping your park too.

The café space is available for community groups to use, such as sports groups, knitting groups, chess/board game clubs and local charities. If you’d like to use the space for anything, please get in touch.

Free food on Fridays

This February and March, we’re offering more than 300 ‘Friday’s on the House’ free meals, available here and at our Winton Park Café to people in our community either aged 65+ years or those in receipt of Universal Credits or other income-related benefits.

On Fridays from 9am – 4pm, vouchers can be redeemed for free food and drink up to the value of £15.

Volunteers needed

We are always looking for volunteers to help us run our cafés and various activities. Full training will be provided and flexible hours are available – you don’t have to commit to regular shifts.

If you’re able to support your local park, pop in for a chat, look at our current volunteer roles or contact us on:
